PROMO MECHANICS: 

1. Promo period is from June 10 (12mn) to June 14, 2020 (11.59pm)
2. Participating SM Malls Nationwide:
   
   
   
   
3. For every Php 500 single receipt purchase from any participating establishments in any participating malls within the promo period entitles the shopper to one (1) e-raffle entry. A customer can enter as many entries as he/she can as long as aligned within the promo mechanics. 
4. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other on-going raffle promo of SM Supermalls. Customers can use his/her official receipt for one SM Supermalls promo only.
5. Receipts for purchase of gift certificates, payment of phone/credit card/electric/other utility bills, membership fees, insurance premiums, housing, car and other form of loans, and the like are not qualified for this promo.
6. Shop & Rock with Bamboo mechanics will be announced on SM Supermalls website, social media pages and on-ground posters of participating SM Malls nationwide. 
7. To join, customers must do the following to qualify:

   STEP 2: Register with your complete details:  

   1. First Name, Last Name 
   2. Complete Address 
   3. E-mail Address 
   4. Mobile Number 
   5. SM Mall stated in the receipt (mall dropdown) 
   6. Receipt Number 
   7. Total Receipt Amount
   8. Upload a clear and readable photo of your receipt 
   
   

   STEP 3: Once submitted, customer will be directed to the THANK YOU page. 

   STEP 4: Customer will be receiving a confirmation email from SM Supermalls that the customer earned 1 e-raffle entry to the exclusive Virtual Concert of Bamboo. 

8. How to determine the winners:   

   • For the entries to be valid, the following must be considered: 
   • The image of the official receipt is clear and readable (sample photo attached) including the necessary details: Store Name, SM Mall Branch, Date of Purchase, Items Purchase and Amount of Purchase. Unclear, unreadable and incomplete image copy of the official receipt will be declared invalid. 
   • Post-verification will be done during the electronic raffle draw of winners to ensure that the receipt submitted is valid. 
   
   A total of 476  winners from SM Malls nationwide will be announced on June 18, 2020 via the SM Supermalls Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/smsupermalls) and SM Supermalls website (www.smsupermalls.com) with the following breakdown:
   
   
   
   
   • The 476 winners will also receive an email notification from SM Supermalls confirming that they got an entry pass to the exclusive virtual concert with a value worth Php 3,000 per entry. 
   
   
   • Qualified Entries will then be included in the electronic raffle draw with the presence of DTI Representative. The electronic raffle draw will be held on June 15, 2020 (9AM) at the 12th Floor GMA New Media, GMA Network Inc., EDSA corner Timog St, Diliman, Quezon City to be witnessed by a DTI representative via video conferencing call.  
   
    A person may only win once in the entire duration of the promo.
   
   
9. Announcement of Winners is scheduled on or before June 18, 2020 
10. Prize is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
11. Winners shall be notified through their registered email address together with the zoom invite weblink for their single entry pass to the virtual concert on June 20, 2020, (8pm). Should the winners not able to attend the designated concert time, prize will be forfeited. 
12. Entry to the virtual concert on June 20, 2020, 8pm: 
    Step 1: Winners must visit the zoom web link sent by SM Supermalls to their respective registered email addresses before June 20, 2020. 
    
    Step 2: Zoom E-Gate will open on June 20, 2020, 6pm. 

    Upon entry to the link, winner needs to enter his/her First Name, Last Name and registered email address to verify that he/she is actually one (1) of the declared 476 winners by designated SM Supermalls Zoom host. 

    Step 3: Once verified, they will be accepted by host to enter in the main concert e-venue. 

    Control Measure: 

    Zoom web link will be same across all the 476 winners but to able to control the people accessing the link to the valid winners, verification will be done using their First Name, Last Name and registered email address before the SM Supermalls host allowed them to enter the main e-venue of the concert 
    
    
13. SM Supermalls shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the gaming period or by claiming the prizes.
14. Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants of the SM mall, agencies, service providers, respective officers and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion campaign.
15. Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
