As part of The Podium’s initiative to bring the mall closer to our customers and ensure your safety during the quarantine period, the mall introduces its newest service, The Podium Concierge.
The Podium Concierge is your Virtual Mall Assistant. You may order from any shops and restaurants of The Podium by simply chatting with us through Facebook Messenger @thepodiummall.
You may use the following services via The Podium Concierge.
The Podium To-Go, your mall-to-home Food delivery powered by Fastrack and Speedfood. All you have to do is chat with us on Facebook to order from your favorite restaurant, and The Podium To-Go will deliver your items straight to your doorstep.
The Podium Shopper is a personal shopping service open to all retail shops in partnership with Angkas. You can book your personal shopper by filling out an order form, and your items will be delivered to your home.
