SM Keppel Land Earns a Grand Slam at the 2018 gala dinner of the 6th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held on Friday (11 May 2018) at the Fairmont Makati Ballroom.
SM Keppel Land won in eight categories – the most wins for any developer this year, including Best Universal Design Development, Best Retail Development, Best Office Development, Best Mixed Use Development, Best Landscape Architectural Design, Best Retail Architectural Design, Best Office Architectural Design and Best Green Development for the revamped The Podium complex in Ortigas Centre. This project is jointly developed by Keppel Land and BDO.
