In a commitment to supporting national efforts towards job generation, SM Supermalls, a member of the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) Jobs Committee, is leading the charge with its Job Fair.

SM’s Job Fair takes a multi-pronged approach. Since January 2024, SM has hosted weekly job fairs across the country, attracting over 500 employers and exceeding 12,000 applicants. The success is evident – around 11% of attendees received on-the-spot job offers.

This initiative, launched in collaboration with PSAC Jobs Committee, Jobstreet by SEEK, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Public Employment Service Offices (PESO), Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), and the Philippine Exporters Confederation Inc. (PHILEXPORT), aims to empower Filipinos by connecting them with job opportunities and fostering a skilled workforce.
