Filipino Creativity Shines at the First-Ever DTI Malikhaing Pinoy Expo 2025 at SMX Aura

DTI officials and SM Supermalls executives celebrated Filipino creativity at the Malikhaing Pinoy Expo 2025 at SMX Aura, with a five-day celebration of art, innovation, and culture. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), in celebration of Philippine Creative Industries Month, successfully concluded the first-ever Malikhaing Pinoy Expo 2025, a landmark festival of artistry, culture, and innovation held last September 3–7 at the SMX Convention Center Aura, SM Aura Premier.
Showcasing Filipino Excellence

Visitors admire the stunning work of Ramon Orlina, the pioneer and foremost practitioner of glass sculpture in the Philippines. Known as the “Father of Philippine Glass Sculpture,” Orlina transforms industrial glass into breathtaking masterpieces of light, form, and movement. With a career spanning over four decades, his works have been exhibited worldwide and continue to inspire new generations of Filipino creatives.
