MECHANICS:

1. USERS with the most number of coins collected will win prizes.
2. USERS can only play during mall hours (10AM to 9PMonly) and within mall area.
3. USERS must have stable internet connection. SM Supermalls shall be free if users encounters loss of points or unable to scan due to internet connection / phone data of the users.
4. Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants of the SM mall, agencies, service providers, respective officers and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not allowed to join the promo.
5. Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
6. Shopping Center Management Corporation reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
7. By accepting the prize, the winner should agree to the following terms and conditions of Shopping Center Management Corporation.
8. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
9. Prizes may be redeemed within the redemption period only. Unclaimed prizes after the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation with prior DTI approved.
10. Should the participant claiming to be the winner fails to present the complete requirements on the specified deadline (as stated below), then the winner shall be disqualified from claiming the prize in concurrence with DTI approval.

The Winner must present the following to an authorized SM Supermalls representative when claiming prize:

• One (1) valid ID with complete real name, age, gender, picture and correct address. Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, SSS ID, driver’s license, school ID and/or passport)
• If the winner is a minor, then he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/s or legal guardian.

11. SM Supermalls shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the gaming period or by claiming the prizes.
