SUMMER EASTER COSTUME CONTEST MECHANICS

1. Summer Easter Costume Contest is on April 17, 2022.
2. Open to kids 3-12 years old and all pet dogs small and medium breeds in the following malls:

3. To register online, customer must scan the QR code and submit/upload photo of the receipt (max. 5MB; JPEG file)

            with a minimum of Php 500.00 single receipt from April 1-15, 2022 from SM tenant or Summer Toy Sale. Valid receipts will only be those dated within the promo period.

4. Participants must completely fill out the online registration/entry form from April 1-15, 2022. Cut-off for registration is on April 15 , 2022 at 11:59pm. Participants should provide his/her full name, age, complete address,

          and contact number.

5. Participants should be at the venue not later than 3pm and present their valid ID, receipt used in the online registration and individual email confirmation and must be in full costume upon entrance. Participants will shoulder their own meal and transporation.

                               3:30pm  - Easter Costume Constest Parade around the mall.

                               4:00pm  - Start of Contest

                               6:00pm  - End of Contest

6. Participants will receive a stub with a corresponding number during the event, to be pinned to the costume. For easy identification, each category will have a unique and labeled entry number tag design.
7. Participants can only join in one (1) category per receipt with at least P500 worth of purchase.
8. There will only be one winner per category.

9. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
10. Costumes will be judged according to the following criteria:

                                Creativity of costume/props:                    40%                                       

                               Adherence to the theme:                          25%

                               Stage presence:                                          25%

                                Overall appeal/audience impact:              10%

                               TOTAL:                                                      100%

10. Winners will be announced right after the contest and will be awarded the prize simultaneously. In case of a tie, judges will re-evaluate to choose the winners.
11. Participants must be present during the announcements of winners. SM Gift Certificates will be given to the winners upon declaration. In the event that the winner is not able to claim the contest on that day, he or she can claim it at the admin office of SM Supermalls (branch) from Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm c/o the Marketing Department within sixty days from the date of the competition.
12. Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, ad agencies, mall tenants, their respective officers and employees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join

            this competition.

13. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the proceedings. The decision of the judges, with concurrence of DTI is deemed final.
