SM NORTH EDSA HOSTS OFFICIAL “ONE PIECE” ACTIVATION FEATURING THE GIANTS OF ELBAPH

The Grand Line leads straight to Quezon City! 

SM North EDSA is once again dropping anchor as the official home of the "One Piece" activation in the Philippines as part of  Animezing North, the mall’s umbrella initiative for official anime activations, where globally celebrated anime titles come to life through interactive attractions, exclusive merchandise, and themed experiences.

From August 18 to 30, The Block Atrium transforms into an immersive "One Piece" universe. In a massive first for the country, giant towering inflatables of the legendary giant warriors Dorry and Brogy will take center stage, teasing the highly anticipated Elbaph arc from the iconic series. The activation will also feature the Thousand Sunny ship inflatable for the first time in the country.

Throughout the two-week event, fans can hunt for exclusive, officially licensed "One Piece" merchandise from featured brands like Toy Kingdom, Miniso, GeekPH, Oxygen, Careline, National Bookstore, Filbars, SM Store, Funko, and Coolectzone. While exploring the area, fans can get the exclusive chopper paper hat for free.

To top off the loot, fans who accumulate ₱3,500 worth of receipts from "One Piece" merchandise can take home a limited-edition "One Piece" tote bag—the ultimate gear for any pirate’s adventure.

Meanwhile, fans will also have a rare chance to meet the adorable Tony Tony Chopper in person during exclusive Meet-and-Greet sessions scheduled on August 21 to 24 and August 28 to 30.

But the adventure doesn't stop at SM North EDSA. RunRio has officially announced that the highly anticipated One Piece Run will set sail on September 26, 2026, at the SM Mall of Asia Complex.

Runners and anime fans alike can choose their own path on the Grand Line with 1K, 3K, 5K, and 10K category distances.

Registered runners will receive an exclusive "One Piece" Race Kit, which includes an official "One Piece" shirt, a commemorative race bib, and a pirate-themed bandana.

Crossing the finish line comes with its own rich reward as finishers will take home a "One Piece" finisher’s tote bag, towel, and a coveted spinning finisher’s medal featuring an exclusive "One Piece" design worthy of a pirate king.

Additionally, RunRio will have official race-day merchandise available onsite, including iconic straw hats and comfortable hoodies.
