Roads led to SM Mall of Asia’s Seaside Boulevard as the much-anticipated GMA Network’s “Kapuso Countdown to 2024” returned to ring in the new year last December 31, 2023. A grand celebration, following years of COVID-19 restrictions, created live magic once again with astounding performances and wonderful fireworks displays.
The Seaside Boulevard at SM Mall of Asia dazzles with breathtaking fireworks displays as GMA's Kapuso New Year Countdown to 2024 makes a triumphant return, complemented by thrilling performances from a varied lineup of artists.
Headlining the event were stars Julie Anne San Jose, Rayver Cruz, and Christian Bautista. Joining them were Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Marquez Dee, Sanya Lopez, Ken Chan, Rita Daniela, and Andrea Torres.

The revelry continued with beloved Pinoy pop groups Hori7on, 1st.One, Calista, and 1621BC, ensuring the night remained filled with energy and joy.
Formed in 2023, Hori7on emerges as a Filipino boy band based in South Korea, ready to make waves in the music scene.
Culminating the festivities were performances by Julie Anne and Rayver, leading up to an exhilarating countdown to the New Year and an impressive fireworks extravaganza.
