#SuperMomsRICEYPE: Ice Cube Tray Chocolates

Serving: 2-3 for every 1 ice cube tray
Ingredients:
250 Grams Milk Chocolate
1/4 Cup Ube Halaya
6 PCS Tira Tira Candy
1. In a double boiler over gentle heat, melt chopped chocolate. stir until melted.
2. Spoon 2 tablespoons of chocolate into each tray opening, and tilt tray in all directions, allowing chocolate to cover the sides. Set aside for a couple of minutes to allow a candy shell to form, then refrigerate for 5 minutes.
3. Filling:
A. For the ube, form into balls. small enough to fit each opening of tray
B. For the tira tira, crumble it to big chucks and fill half of the tray opening.
4. Pour remaining chocolate over the entire tray. Knock the tray on the countertop to remove air bubbles, and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
