Latte Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  • BreadTalk loaf bread
  • Cafe France Latte

  • Brown sugar

  • Cinnamon Powder

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Salt

  • Cold Stone Creamery Butter Pecan Ice Cream

  • 2 Eggs

Procedure:

  • 1. Slice Bread Talk Standard Loaf into cubes.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix Cafe France Latte, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, salt and 2 eggs.
  • 3. Soak bread cubes in latte mixture for 5-10 minutes.
  • 4. Transfer to baking dish.
  • 5. Sprinkle more cinnamon and sugar on top.
  • 6. Bake at 180°C for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 7. Serve with Cold Stone Creamery Butter Pecan Ice Cream.
