How to join SM Little Stars 2023?
To register, be sure to submit the following to SM Mall Admin Office.
- Application Form – completely filled-out and signed by the parent/s (exercising parental authority) or guardian with appropriate authorization from the parent/s (exercising parental authority) of the contestant.
- Original and photocopy of the contestant’s birth certificate (original copy will be returned after proper verification of the photocopy)
- Two (2) copies of 4R size photo of the contestant taken with light make-up only: one (1) close up shot and one (1) whole body shot

Each of the grand winners of SM Little Stars 2023 will receive the following prizes:
- a brand-new Suzuki S-presso Special Edition MT MC worth over P600,000
- a one-year talent contract at Sparkle GMA Artist Center
- a 100% discount on college tuition and miscellaneous fees at National University
- a five-day and four-night trip for two (2) to Hong Kong
- a total of P100,000 worth of cash and SM gift certificates (P50,000 cash and P50,000 worth of SM gift certificates)
