One Piece Installations
Whether you’re a long-time fan of the One Piece manga or anime, or have recently jumped onto the bandwagon thanks to Netflix’s live action adaptation; you won’t want to miss the chance to visit SM’s installations of the much-loved series. After the epic fan meet at SM Megamall recently, the Going Merry is setting sail to SM North for its third run from September 20 to October 8, 2023.
Enter the beloved world of the Strawhat Crew and channel your inner Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, or Sanji. There are five iconic photo walls inspired by the beloved series that you are sure to have a blast posing at. Plus, get the chance to buy exclusive merchandise from toys and collectibles to everyday wear. We even have a 6.5-meter-tall Strawhat Luffy for you to stand next to.
Gudetama Installations
Another beloved cartoon character brought to us by Sanrio (and with a series also available to stream on Netflix), Gudetama has the cutest installation available at SM Southmall’s Food Street Concourse at the moment where you can chill and frolic all day long until the end of September 2023. Take photos at the food stalls with Gudetama and jump into a massive ball pit shaped in the form of a sukiyaki bowl.
While the area may have a Gudetama theme, there’s also a lot of merch available featuring other beloved Sanrio Characters, such as Pompompurin and Hello Kitty. The Hello Kitty roller skates and scooters are too adorable to pass up on!
NewJeans x LINE Friends Store
Have you been wishing for the NewJeans x LINE Friends collection to hit Philippine shores? Ditto! Now is not the time to be Super Shy, Bunnies, because all of the merch you’ve been eyeing is finally making its way to Southeast Asia for the first time. The ETA for the Manila pop-up store will be from September 23 to December 23, 2023 – only at SM Megamall!
Aside from splurging on merch, you can also look forward to adorable installations you can take photos with. Make sure to mark the location and dates on your calendars ASAP because you don’t want to end up being the Hype Boy with Zero hauls!
Kookie Day
If you’re an ARMY, you no doubt know that our golden maknae Jungkook celebrated his birthday on September 1, so of course, we have to be part of the festivities. On September 17, 2023, SM North EDSA is hosting Kookie Day where registration will entitle you to must-have tokens and kits. Each fan kit includes an event ticket, a mini banner, stickers, photo cards, and even a Jungkook notepad. The first 100 ARMYs to register will also get a free Jungkook acrylic keychain.
At the event, get ready for a festive carnival designed for ARMYs of all ages where all of the booths are personalized by JK Philippines – a true-blue way to ensure that it makes every Kookie lover heart happy. Collect tickets by playing at ARMYLAND and get the chance to win big surprises too!
