As Christmas is just around the corner, SM Supermalls encourages shoppers to make the holiday season even more special by creating circles of happiness!

Last September 16, SM began its 100 Days of Happiness where they partnered with individuals and organizations that provide opportunities and create livelihood for communities of girls, women deprived of liberty, and people with disabilities. And in case you’ve missed it, each of the 76 participating SM malls has started creating circles of happiness by supporting cause-oriented organizations.

Want to help create a circle of happiness? Here are ways how:

Make the holidays sweeter with a box of chocolate

What’s Christmas without a box of chocolates? This year, The Podium partnered with the Swiss chocolatiers and the Philippine artisanal chocolate industry in making a chocolate recipe using healthier alternatives for the Angels for Angels initiative with the Swiss Embassy. Also, handmade cards by Larry Alcala will be up for sale at The Podium. By purchasing chocolate bars made out of this recipe and specially made cards, KADIWA farmers, UNICEF kids, and women communities of the Swiss Embassy will greatly benefit from this initiative.

"We want to create a circle of happiness in all our SM malls by featuring products of cause-oriented programs which we will offer to our shoppers who, in turn, give them to friends and family, and ultimately, benefit the communities that created these products," said SM Supermalls President Steven T. Tan during the event launch.

There are still less than 40 days before Christmas so go to the nearest SM mall and make the festivities more meaningful by joining the 100 Days of Happiness campaign.
