Spot the 40th

A. Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo runs from September 1 to September 28, 2025, in all SM malls nationwide.
2. Customers must be at least 21 years old and above to qualify for the promo.
3. To join, customer must:

1. 1. Visit any SM malls nationwide
   2. Scan the QR code or visit https://play.smsupermalls.com to register for an account
   3. To register, customers must input their full name, username, mobile number & nominate a password.
   4. After registration, make sure to allow camera and location access. 
   5. Find and scan the exclusive SM 40th Anniversary logo in the mall.
   6. Make sure that the logo is clearly visible and well-lit when scanning
   7. Take a photo of the SM 40th Anniversary logo and share it to Facebook. Make sure to set your post to Public to qualify for the promo.
   8. Then, submit your entry by pasting the link to your shared post, email address & complete address then click “Submit”.

      Option 1: After posting the SM 40th Anniversary photo on your Facebook account, return to https://play.smsupermalls.com, paste the post link, input email address and complete address then, click Submit or,
      
      Option 2:

- Visit https://play.smsupermalls.com
- Click ‘Submit Entry’
- Paste the link of your Facebook post, input email address & complete address then click ‘Submit’

4. Submission/Registration can be made under any SM Supermalls nationwide.
5. There will be 40 winners of 1,000 SMO vouchers per week.
6. Electronic raffle draws will be conducted under the supervision of a DTI representative. Raffle draws will be held at Shopping Center Management Corporation Office, 7/F MOA Square Seashell Lane cor. Coral Way, Pasay City and will be scheduled as follows: 

7. Winners will be notified by registered mail and an SMS notification (Sender’s name is SM Malls). The names of the winners will also be posted in SM Supermalls Facebook page. 
8. Redemption Process:

- An SMS notification will be sent out to all confirmed winners.
- In the SMS notification, winners will be asked to email SM Supermalls their full name, mobile number, and the link to their shared post for verification.
- Once completely verified, SM will email the SM Mall Online vouchers to the winners. 

• • SMO voucher redemption
    - Log in to your SM Malls Online account.
    - Browse and purchase your desired item.
    - At checkout, paste your winning voucher code before proceeding to payment.

9. Redemption of prizes may be done up to sixty (60) days after the announcement/notification of winners. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) and SM Malls Online with the prior approval of DTI.
10. Prizes are in the form of online voucher. It is transferable but not convertible to cash.
11. Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) and SM Malls Online shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the gaming period or during claiming of prizes.
12. Customers can submit multiple entries but can only win once.
13. 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by SM Supermalls.
14. Not eligible to participate in this raffle promotion: Non-Filipino citizens, Employees of SCMC and its affiliates, mall tenants of SM Supermalls, maintenance and security agencies discharging their functions in the mall, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the relatives of the foregoing companies up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible from joining/

B. Terms and Conditions:

• There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can submit. They may submit as many entries as they wish.
• Only posts set to Public will be considered. Private posts will not qualify for the promo.
• Only one (1) account per mobile number is allowed.
• Users who use multiple mobile numbers under the same name will be disqualified.
• Mobile number will be validated through an OTP.
• Each SMO voucher has a unique reference code.
• SMO voucher code is limited to one-time use only.
• SMO voucher / promo codes are not valid for purchases from SM Markets and SM Cinema.
• SMO voucher will not cover delivery fee. 
• SM Malls Online app reserves the right to cancel orders without prior notice in the event of abuse or fraud.
• By accepting the prize, the winner should agree to the following terms and conditions of Shopping Center Management Corporation and SM Malls Online.
