To ensure smooth participation in the SM Partner In-Store Campaign Challenge, we highly encourage you to review the FAQs carefully before submitting your entry and completing the form below.

 

 

Campaign entries will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • 25% Branding: Alignment of the partners’ and SM Supermalls’ 40th anniversary branding
  • 25% Aesthetics: Visual appeal and creativity of the store display 
  • 25% Communications: Effectiveness of the promotional materials and campaign amplification
  • 25% Promotion Redemption: Participation via high customer redemption score

Judging Phases:

  • Phase 1: Documentation
    Proofs and campaign results are collected and organized by category.
  • Phase 2: Elimination Round
    Internal divisions will evaluate submissions per category and shortlist the Top 10 tenants in each category:

    An external panel of 3 judges will evaluate the final 6 winners:

Your mall’s Marketing Team will document your campaign with the following:

  • Photos of the in-store display and promo materials
  • Weekly redemption summaries

The brand/tenant must submit the following:

  • Advertising Rollout Summary (social, print, radio, OOH, etc): Your Head Office is responsible for consolidating all marketing and advertising efforts using the provided format/template. [Click here to download the template.] Please submit the completed file in PDF format via the SM WEBFORM by clicking the button below.

  • Weekly Redemption Reports: Mall Marketing will distribute printed monitoring sheets to your branch/store representative. These will be collected by the Mall Marketing team on a weekly basis.

A total of 6 winning brands will be recognized—3 in-line stores and 3 kiosks/counters.

LARGE BUSINESS 

1 WINNER to receive: 

- Meet and Greet dinner with a Sy member and/or Mr. Steven Tan. Table for 18 at Conrad Manila 

- Advertisement package valued at ₱1,000,000, which may include in-mall LED screen exposure for 2 to 3 months and a 3-day activation at designated mall event spaces*

1 WINNER to receive: 

- Meet and Greet dinner with a Sy member and/or Mr. Steven Tan. Table for 18 at Lanson Place
