SM Christmas Village 2024

Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo runs from October 15 to January 15, 2025 at all SM malls nationwide.

2. Coin collection is until December 31, 2024 and coin redemption is until January 15, 2025.

3. To join, customer must visit the mall, scan the QR code located at the mall’s premises or visit https://play.smsupermalls.com and register for an account.

4. To register, customers must input their full name, username, mobile number, gender & nominate a password.

5. Top 3 users with the most collected coins will win a special prize

• Accumulated coins can also be used to redeem SM gift certificates, different vouchers from SM tenants and other exciting prizes. (see table in #4 for the complete list of prizes/vouchers).

6. On the Rewards Page, user can see the total coins collected, list of vouchers and deals they can redeem.

7. Once a specific voucher is clicked, users can view the full details of the promo, how to redeem and the amount of coins needed to redeem that voucher.

8. Upon availing a voucher, unique reference code will be provided to the user and they can access it using in the My Profile page.

• User can claim the voucher through these reference codes given the terms and conditions and validity period.
• Upon claiming of voucher, authorized personnel will tap “Use Voucher” in the app to avoid multiple redemption.

9. Voucher redemption process:

• Access the ‘Rewards Page’ via in-game coins counter or through the menu bar.
• Click ‘Rewards’ to see the complete list of vouchers available.
• Click the specific voucher that you want to redeem. This will also show more details about the voucher.
• Click ‘Exchange with xxxx coins’ and select Yes to redeem the voucher in-app.
• To redeem your prize in-mall, go to rewards page, present the unique reference code of your voucher to the authorized personnel and select ‘Use Voucher’ under your chosen voucher.
• Authorized personnel to click ‘Yes’ to proceed.

Mall Prizes:

1. To claim the prize, the winner must present the following to the Mall Admin where the transaction was made for validation.

• Voucher per unique code is limited to one-time use only.
• Vouchers can be redeemed from Monday to Friday, except Holiday, from 10AM to 4PM only. (This may vary per mall)
• Head Office Prizes:
• A representative from SM Supermalls will contact the winner for the redemption process within a week. Upon confirmation, give at least two (2) weeks to process the issuance of the gift certificate at their chosen mall branch.

2. Redemption of prizes may be done up to sixty (60) days after the end of the promo period. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) with the prior approval of DTI.

3. Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

4. For proper identification, customers must present any Valid Government ID along with the unique reference code of the voucher he/she is redeeming at the SCMC Administration Office c/o the Marketing Department from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

5. SM Supermalls shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the gaming period or during claiming of prizes.

6. Customers can only register one mobile number. Customers who use multiple mobile numbers under the same name will be disqualified.

Terms and Conditions:

• User may visit the Christmas village at the mall and collect coins as often as they wish.
• User is only allowed to redeem one (1) voucher type per account.
• Only one (1) account per mobile number is allowed.
• User who uses multiple mobile numbers under the same name will be disqualified.
• Mobile number will be validated through an OTP.
• Each voucher has a unique reference code to avoid duplication and prevent users from claiming the voucher multiple times.
• Voucher per unique code is limited to one-time use only.
• SM Deals vouchers can be claimed and used multiple times
• Redemption period of each voucher varies.
• Unclaimed coins and vouchers are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. Coin redemption is until January 15, 2025
• All coins not used at the end of the promo period cannot be used for succeeding or other promotions.

Control Measures:

1. Voucher Limitation

- Customer can only claim one (1) voucher per prize type per account.

2. Only one (1) account per mobile number is allowed.
3. User who uses multiple mobile numbers will be disqualified
4. Each voucher has a unique reference code to avoid duplication and prevent users from claiming the voucher multiple times.
5. Claimed vouchers will be tagged as claimed with the voucher claim date indicated in the voucher.
6. Voucher per unique code is limited to one-time use only.
7. Only authorized personnel per participating store will be the one to click ‘Yes’ to proceed with the redemption in-store.
8. Authorized mall personnel have the right to forfeit the prize, if the customer violates any item in the T&C.
