1. Promo period is from October 15 – November 15, 2025
2. Participating SM Malls: SM by the BAY
3. Every P3,000 single purchases within the promo period from any participating tenant entitles the customer to one (1) e-raffle entry.
4. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promo of SM Supermalls. Customer can use his/her official receipt for one SM Supermalls promo only.
5. Customer must be at least 21 years old and above to qualify for the promo.
6. Submission/registration of the e-raffle entry should be under the participating tenant where the transaction was made. Customers can only upload the same purchase receipt once.
7. This promo does not apply to receipts for the purchase of gift certificates, payment of phone/credit card/electric/other utility bills, membership fees, insurance premiums, housing, car, and other forms of loans, and the like.
8. Customer should register for an account at https://gosm.link/RaffleCentral and provide his/her full name, mobile
number, email address, date of birth, complete address, and nominate a passcode.
Step 1: Access the SM Raffle Central web portal
• Go to https://gosm.link/RaffleCentral or scan the QR code to register
o If access via URL: select campaign and participating mall where purchase was made, then register for an account.
o If access via QR code: directly proceeds to registration/login page
Step 2: Create an account
• Enter personal info: full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and complete address
• Nominate a passcode
• Tick the Consent, T&C and Privacy Notice boxes then click the Register button.
• An OTP code will be sent to your registered number for verification
Step 3: Submit raffle entry
• Enter date of purchase
• Select name of store
• Enter the last 5 digits of the OR number
• Enter total amount of receipt
• Upload a clear copy of receipt
• Tick the Consent, T&C and Privacy Notice boxes then click SUBMIT
Step 4: Once submitted, customer will be directed to the THANK YOU page displaying the following details.
He/She will also receive an SMS notification confirming the transaction.
• Transaction reference number
• Date of entry submission
• Earned raffle entries for the transaction
• Overall raffle entries for the promo
9. Raffle prizes: Five (5) winner of a 1-night stay for 2 in a Deluxe Room with breakfast for 2 at Pico Sands Hotel. Winners can only win once.
10. Deadline for submission of entries: November 16, 2025 at 12:00 MN

12. Winners will be notified by registered mail and an SMS notification (Sender’s name is SM Malls). The names of the winners will also be posted in SM by the BAY social media pages.
13. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
14. For proper identification, the winner must present the following to claim his/her prize at the SM Mall of Asia, Mall Administration Office c/o the Marketing Department from Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM:
a. 2 Valid Government IDs
b. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail
c. Winner’s notification SMS sent via text message from SM Malls
d. SMS confirmation of successful electronic registration from SM Malls
15. In case of loss of SMS confirmation message, the following must be presented:
a. Notarized Affidavit of Loss
b. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail
c. 2 Valid Government IDs
16. In the absence of the winner, an authorized representative must present the following to claim the prize on behalf
of the winner:
a. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
b. Notarized authorization letter from the winner
c. Two (2) valid government IDs of the winner
d. Two (2) valid government IDs of the representative
e. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail

17 Unclaimed prizes after 60 days of notification will be reported to DTI and upon approval by DTI shall be forfeited
in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC).
18. Shopping Center Management Corporation’s decision is final in concurrence with DTI.
19. Not eligible to participate in this raffle promotion: Non-Filipino citizens, Employees of SCMC and its affiliates, mall
tenants of SM Supermalls, maintenance and security agencies discharging their functions in the mall, and
advertising and promotional agencies, and the relatives of the foregoing companies up to the 2nd degree of
consanguinity or affinity are not eligible from joining.
