  1. Promotion is open to all principal and supplementary cardholders of Visa credit, debit, and prepaid cards (locally and internationally issued).
  2. A minimum spend of P3,000 at any of the participating SM Retail Affiliates in the list of SM Supermalls paid using any Visa credit, debit, or prepaid card entitles the cardholder a chance to instantly win FIFA WORLD CUP 26™ Tickets and FIFA WORLD CUP 26™ Ball.

  5. Promotion period is from March 20 to April 30, 2026.

  6. There will be thirty (30) winners of 2 pcs. FIFA WORLD CUP 26™ Tickets (FIFA tickets only; other travel related   expenses will be shouldered by the winner) and ten (10) winners of FIFA WORLD CUP 26™ Trionda League Ball.

  7. Promotion is applicable for in-store transactions only.

  8. Upon completing the minimum single receipt purchase requirement, the cardholder must scan the promo QR code at the cashier, register for an account, enter the receipt amount, purchase date and approval code, and select from the dropdown the Visa BIN and SM Retail store/branch. Upon successful submission of the details, a message will instantly prompt indicating whether the customer has won a prize. Scanning of QR must happen on the same day transaction was made.

  9. Redemption/ Awarding Process:
    • Winners must take a screenshot of the winning page for verification purposes.
    • Winner is required to present the following documents for validation by Store Supervisor/Manager on the same day transaction and scanning of QR was made: 
      1. Winning message with reference number (screenshot from the game)
      2. Original Transaction Receipt (Original & Untampered)
      3. Original Charge Slip (customer copy)
      4. Visa Card Used
      5. Valid ID
    • Store Supervisor/Manager must verify the original charge slip made at the participating SM Retail Affiliate stores as well as the other redemption requirements. Prizes from erroneous or mismatched transaction details may be forfeited
    • Once completely verified, SM will endorse the winner to Visa for processing.
    • Visa will notify all the winners via call, SMS, and email regarding the timelines on the awarding of prizes.
    • The prizes will be sent by Visa directly to the winning customers:
      • The FIFA e-tickets will be sent directly to the winners via registered email.
      • The FIFA Trionda League Ball will be sent directly to the winner’s preferred delivery address.
  10. The schedule of awarding of FIFA prizes (both tickets and balls) will be as follows:

  11. The prizes are transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items/ services.

  12. Winners will shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000, as well as any related travel expenses such as travel documents, applicable taxes, and other travel-related fees

  13. Any concerns or disputes related to the awarding of the FIFA World Cup 26 prizes will be handled by Visa. Visa customers may contact Visa point person.

  14. The participating SM Retail Affiliate Stores, SM Supermalls, SM Retail, Inc., and Visa will not replace lost or damaged prizes caused by the cardholder.

  15. All employees of the participating SM Retail Affiliate Stores, SM Supermalls, SM Retail, Inc., and Visa, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of  consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
