Here’s how to join the vaccination:

1. LOVIN’ PAWS : Pet Vax is open to Shoppers residing at Lipa City only who purchased Php 500 worth of items with single or accumulated receipts from any participating stores at SM City Lipa. Every Php 500 purchase entitles the shopper to one (1) free rabies vaccine shot. A customer can enter as many as he/she can as long as aligned within the event mechanics.

**Maximum of 2 receipts only, but receipts can be of different dates from February 9-26, 2022 **Receipt from payment of bills/ utilities/ bank transactions/ schools/ prepaid load/ health card transactions will not be  accepted.
**Purchase must be made in SM City Lipa.
**First 200 slots only.

1. To join, customers must do the following to qualify:

           STEP 1: Visit Lovin' Paws Registration site

           STEP 2: Register with your complete details:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Name of Pet
• Breed of Pet

           STEP 3: Upload the Receipt

• Purchase date
• OR Number
• Total Amount on receipt
• Name of Merchant
• Upload OR Image

          STEP 4: Once submitted, customer will be directed to the THANK YOU page displaying the following                    details:

• One Free Rabies Vaccine for your FurBabies
• Transaction reference number

3. To claim the free rabies vaccines, the customer must present the following on February 26 at the Event Center at 2pm onwards.

1. Print-out of customer’s notification from the official site of Pet Vaccination
2. 1 Valid Government ID’s

4. Rabies vaccines are not transferable and not convertible to cash.

5. Not qualified to participate in this raffle promotion: Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants, agencies, service providers, respective officers and relatives of the employees up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
