HOW TO JOIN:
To register online, customer must scan the QR code and submit / upload a photo of the receipt (max. 5MB jpeg file) with a minimum of PI,OOO single receipt purchase from October 16-31, 2023 from any SM tenant. Valid receipts will only be those dated within the promo period.
Participants must completely fill-out the online registration from October 16-31, 2023. Participants should provide his/her full name, age, full address, contact number and email address. Participants may opt to register onsite from October 16-31, 2023 at the mall designated registration booth. Cut-off for registration is 12nn on the day of the mall event.
Participants should be at the venue 10 minutes before the contest proper and present valid ID, receipt used / uploaded in the online registration and email confirmation and must be in full costume upon entrance. Participants will shoulder their own meal and transportation.
Participants will receive a corresponding number during the event to be pinned to the costume.
Participants may dress up like a super hero, be in scary or fantasy costumes. It must be family-friendly and should not be offensive, objectionable or violent. Costumes must not contain any weapons that resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon and sharp or pointed objects that may accidentally strike another person. Top three (3) costumes to stand out as best in costume will win prizes.
Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
Costumes will be judged according to the following Criteria:
Winners will be announced right after the contest and will be awarded the prize simultaneously. In case of a tie, judges will re-evaluate to choose the winners.
Participants must be present during the announcement of winners. SM Gift Certificates will be given to the winners upon declaration. In the event that the winner is not able to claim the prize on the contest day, he/she can claim it at the admin office of SM Supermalls (branch) from Monday-Friday, 10:00am to 3:00pm c/o Treasury Department within sixty days from the date of competition. If claiming through an authorized representative, present the ff: Winner's Valid ID, Authorize Representative ID and Authorization Letter with signature of winner. Winners will also be notified via registered notice, email and call.
DTI representative shall be invited to facilitate and supervise the contest. The organizer's decision is final in concurrence with DTI.
All SM Supermalls employees, its affiliates, ad agencies, mall tenants, their respective officers and employees and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the competition.
