EATS FOR TREATS RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS:
1. Eats for Treats Raffle Promo will run from October 10-30, 2020, 6PM-8PM daily, across participating restaurants in all SM Supermalls nationwide.
2. Every P300 single or accumulated receipts transacted between 6PM to 8PM within a promo cut-off from any food and beverages tenant entitles the customer to one (1) raffle entry for the same promo cut-off period.
3. There will be three (3) promo cut-off periods:
a. October 10 – 16, 2020
b. October 17 – 23, 2020
c. October 24 – 30, 2020
4. Eats for Treats full mechanics will be announced on SM Supermalls website.
5. To join, customers must do the following:
STEP 1: Register via link/SM_eRaffle
STEP 2: Enter the following details:
a. Contact Number
b. E-mail Address
c. Complete Name
f. Receipt Number
g. Total Receipt Amount
h. Merchant Name
i. Upload a clear and readable photo of your receipt
STEP 3: Once registered, customer will be directed to the THANK YOU page.
6. A customer may register multiple entries on a particular promo cut-off given that they are able to submit different P300 single or accumulated receipts per entry.
7. How to determine the winners:
For the entries to be valid, the following must be considered:
a. The image of the official receipt is clear and readable (sample photo attached) including the necessary details: Store Name, SM Mall Branch, Date of Purchase, Items Purchase and Amount of Purchase. Unclear, unreadable and incomplete image copy of the official receipt will be declared invalid.
b. Post-verification will be done during the electronic raffle draw of winners to ensure that the receipt submitted is valid.
c. Qualified Entries will then be included in the electronic raffle draw c/o participating malls on the schedules indicated below:

a. A DTI representative will be invited to virtually join via Zoom to check, test, validate, and verify the computer system for receiving entries and registration, assigning random computer-generated raffle entries, and drawing of winners. A soft copy of the said system shall be digitally signed by the DTI representative for safekeeping of SM Supermalls for verification of DTI anytime.
b. A digital copy of the properties of the program shall be given to the DTI Representative after verification. The DTI representative shall check the database of the promo.
c. Another DTI representative will be invited by each participating mall to virtually join via Zoom to be present during the actual drawing of the raffle winners.
d. Each mall will generate a list of qualified participants/entries before the draw.
e. Raffle numbers will be assigned at random to all qualified participants in the presence of the DTI representative before drawing winners.
f. A digital copy shall be electronically signed by a DTI representative for safekeeping of the mall and for verification of DTI anytime until all prizes are claimed.
g. The first and last number shall be shown on screen before drawing of winners.
h. Winners shall be drawn via a built-in randomizer.
i. Four (4) reserved entries per mall shall be drawn. The reserved entries shall be numbered and the first reserved entry drawn shall be declared as the winning entry just in case the winner is ruled by the Board of Judges as disqualified with approval from DTI. Process continues until a winner is found.
j. After the winner is determined, it will be verified from the generated list by a mall admin representative and the DTI representative. A digital copy of the generated list of qualified participants and assigned raffle entry shall also be given to the DTI representative.k. A digital copy of the list of winners will be given to the DTI representative after determination.
l. A digital copy of the properties of the program shall be submitted to the DTI representative after each witnessed draw.
m. Database / list of participants shall include name, age, e-mail address
n. All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity shall be attended by SM Supermalls hotline that may be reached by dialing (+632) 876-1111 from Monday-Friday at 10am-5pm.
o. Shopping Center Management Corporation reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
p. By accepting the prize, the winner should agree to the following terms and conditions of Shopping Center Management Corporation.
8. A person may only win once per promo cut off period.
9. To claim, winner must present a valid ID at the Mall Administration Office.
Minimum health protocols must be observed upon claiming of prizes.
10. Prize is non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
11. SM Supermalls shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the gaming period or by claiming the prizes.
12. Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants of the SM mall, agencies, service providers, respective officers and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion campaign.
13. Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
