2. Participating SMDC Commercial Properties Malls: SMDC SUN MALL, SMDC MPLACE MALL, SMDC LIGHT MALL, SMDC FAME MALL, SMDC JAZZ MALL, SMDC AIR MALL, SMDC GRACE MALL, SMDC GREEN MALL, SMDC BREEZE MALL.

3. Every Php1,000 single receipt within the promo period from any participating SMDC Commercial Property establishment entitles the customer to one (1) e-raffle entry, except for the following: 

• SM Bills Payment – bills payment transactions 
• SMDC Light Mall Cinema - Customer gets two (2) e-raffle entry with every single receipt purchase of two (2) SMDC Light Mall cinema tickets.

4. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promo of SMDC Commercial Properties. Customer can use his/her official receipt for one SMDC Commercial Property promo only.

5. Customer must be at least 21 years old and above to qualify for the promo.

6. Submission/Registration for the e-raffle entry should be under the participating SMDC malls branch where the transaction was made. Customers can only upload the same purchase receipt once.

7. This promo does not apply to receipts for the purchase of gift certificates, payment of phone/credit card/electric/other utility bills, membership fees, insurance premiums, housing, car, and other forms of loans, and the like.

8. Customer should register for the e-raffle at https://rafflecentral.smsupermalls.com/ and provide his/her full name, age, complete address, and contact number. 

Step 1: Access the e-raffle web portal 

• Go to https://rafflecentral.smsupermalls.com/ or scan the QR code to register 
  • If access via URL: select type of promo and participating mall where purchase was made 
  • If access via QR code: select type of device-mobile or landline 

Step 2: Create an account

          • Enter the OTP code that was sent to your device 
          • Enter e-mail address 
          • Nominate a passcode 
          • Enter personal info: first name, last name, age, and address

Step 3: Submit raffle entry

          • Enter the last 5 digits of the OR number 
          • Enter total amount of receipt 
          • Enter name of merchant 
          • Upload a copy of receipt then click SUBMIT 

Step 4: Once submitted, customer will be directed to the THANK YOU page displaying the following details: 

• • • • • • Earned raffle entries for the transaction 
          • Overall entry for the promo 
          • Transaction reference number 

         Step 5: Winner/s must be a follower of the participating SMDC Malls to be able to qualify 

9. Raffle prizes: One (1) winner of Suzuki Dzire MT 2024, and One (1) winner of Suzuki Gixxer FI 2024. Winners can only win once. Vehicle color may vary depending on the availability.

10. Raffle draw details: December 3, 2024 | 2:00 PM; SMDC Light Mall - to be witnessed by a DTI Representative, SMDC Commercial Properties Operation’s and Marketing Group, and also, SUZUKI Philippines REPRESENTATIVE to be included during draw.

11. Winners will be notified thru registered mail and SMS notification (Sender’s name is SMDC Commercial Properties). The names of the winners will also be posted at designated areas of participating SMDC Commercial Properties.

12. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

13. The winner of the vehicle shall shoulder the prize tax, registration charges and expenses, insurance, expenses in connection to the transfer of ownership, freight (if applicable), and other related expenses.

14. For proper identification, the winner must present the following to claim his/her prize at the Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) Head Office c/o the Marketing Department from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

         2. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail 
         3. Winner’s notification thru SMS sent via text message from SMDC Commercial Properties. 
         4. SMS confirmation of successful electronic registration from SMDC Commercial Properties.

15. In case of loss of SMS confirmation message, the following must be presented:

         2. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail 
         3. 2 Valid Government IDs

16. In the absence of the winner, an authorized representative must present the following to claim the prize on behalf of the winner:

1. 1. 1. 1. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) 
         2. Notarized authorization letter from the winner 
         3. Two (2) valid government IDs of the winner 
         4. Two (2) valid government IDs of the representative 
         5. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail

17. Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) shall only release the vehicle unit to the winner upon securing the following registration documents from the Land Transportation Office:

         2. Certificate of Registration 
         3. Insurance

18. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days of notification will be reported to DTI and upon approval by DTI shall be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC).

19. Shopping Center Management Corporation’s decision is final in concurrence with DTI.

20. Not eligible to participate in this raffle promotion: Non-Filipino citizens, Employees of SCMC and its affiliates, mall tenants of SMDC Commercial Properties, SM Supermalls, maintenance and security agencies discharging their functions in the mall, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the relatives of the foregoing companies up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible from joining.
