2. For every Php 1,000 worth of accumulated receipts from any establishment within participating SM Cyberzone branches and SM Malls Online under the Cyberzone category within the promo period, the shopper is entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry. A customer can submit any number of e-raffle entries, provided they follow the promo mechanics. For valid entries submitted between November 27 and 30, 2025, the number of entries will be doubled, e.g. one (1) e-raffle entry x 2.

3. Prizes at stake:

4. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other on-going raffle promo of SM Supermalls. Customers may use his/her official receipt for other SM Supermalls promos.

5. Receipts for purchase of gift certificates, payment of phone/credit card/electric/other utility bills, membership fees, insurance premiums, housing, car and other forms of loans, and the like are not qualified for this promo.

6. Cyberzone Gadget Craze mechanics will be announced on the SM Cyberzone website and social media pages.

7. To join, customers must do the following:

STEP 2: Select your contact type (MOBILE or LANDLINE) and accomplish OTP requirements for verification
STEP 3: Register with your complete details:

STEP 4: Once submitted, customer will be directed to the THANK YOU page.
STEP 5: Customer will receive a confirmation email from SM Cyberzone that the customer earned the corresponding number of raffle entries.

8. How to determine the winners:

9. The winner will be notified through registered mail, email, and SMS notification from SM Malls.

10. Redemption of prizes is until 60 days upon receipt of notification.

11. Participants can only win once. If a winner is drawn more than once, he/she will receive the higher value prize.

12. Prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.

13. The winner shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00, as well as registration, insurance, transfer of ownership, freight (if applicable), and other related expenses.

14. Winners may claim their prize at the nearest SM mall branch. For proper identification, the winner must present the following to claim his/her prize at the Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) Administration Office c/o the Marketing Department from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM:

17. SM Cyberzone shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident, or death during the promo period or in the process of claiming the prizes.

18. Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants of the SM mall, agencies, service providers, respective officers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion campaign.

19. Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, or advertiser under a contract of service, and who, by the nature of the service they render, may have direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
