1. Promo Period and Coverage
The Christmas Sparkle Dash promo will run from October 25 to December 25, 2026 at participating SM malls nationwide.

3. Access and Registration
3.1. Customers may join by scanning the official Christmas Sparkle Dash QR Code available in participating SM malls’ premises.
3.2. Customers must log in or create an account through the SM Malls Online App using their mobile number.
3.3. Customers must provide the required information, including full name, username, email address, birth month, age range, and complete address.
3.4. Once registration is completed, customers may access Christmas Sparkle Dash and start hunting for Sparkles.
4. How to Play
4.1.Customers may play Christmas Sparkle Dash multiple times throughout the promo period at any participating SM mall nationwide, as listed in Section 2 of these mechanics.
4.2. The game may only be played within the premises of participating SM malls and during mall operating hours.
4.3. Customers may visit and play at different participating SM malls throughout the promo period. They are not limited to the mall where they first registered or played.
4.4 Using the AR experience, customers must explore the mall and look for designated Sparkle Spots.
4.5. Customers can find and tap the AR Sparkles to collect them.
4.6. All collected Sparkles will be added to the customer's Sparkle Balance.
4.7. All Sparkles collected from different participating SM malls shall be accumulated in the customer's single Sparkle Balance under their registered account, regardless of which participating mall the Sparkles were collected from.
4.8. Accumulated Sparkles may be used to redeem eligible rewards offered by any participating SM mall through the Rewards Catalog, subject to the required Sparkle Balance, and applicable redemption conditions.
5. Sparkle Redemption
5.1. Customers may use their collected Sparkles to redeem rewards from the Rewards Catalog, which may include:

5.3. Customers may select any participating SM mall in the Rewards Catalog to view the rewards available at that specific mall. Each reward listing shall indicate the following information:
5.4. Customers may use Sparkles collected from any participating SM mall to redeem rewards offered by another participating mall. However, redeemed rewards must be claimed at the specific mall where the selected reward is offered, unless otherwise stated in the reward's terms and conditions.
5.5. The specific claiming location and redemption schedule is stated in Annex A.
Customers may access the Rewards Page through the in-game Sparkle counter or the app menu. The page will display their available Sparkle Balance and the rewards available for redemption.
6. Reward Redemption Process
6.1. Access Rewards
Go to the Rewards Page through the in-game Sparkle counter or menu bar.
6.2. Select Participating Mall
Customers must select their preferred participating SM mall from the Rewards Catalog. The system will display the rewards available at the selected mall, where customers must also claim their redeemed rewards.
6.3. Browse Rewards
Check the rewards in the Rewards Catalog and view the corresponding number of Sparkles required for redemption.
6.4. Select a Reward
Select preferred reward to view its complete details, including the required Sparkles, validity period, claiming location, redemption instructions, and applicable terms and conditions.
6.5. Confirm Redemption
Tap “Exchange with [XXXX] Sparkles” and select “Yes” to confirm the redemption.
6.6. Sparkle Deduction
Upon successful redemption, the required number of Sparkles will be deducted from the customer's Sparkle Balance, which will affect their standing on the leaderboard.
6.7. Receive Reference Code
A unique reference code will be generated upon successful redemption.
6.8. View Redeemed Rewards
Customers may view their redeemed rewards and corresponding reference codes under My Profile > My Rewards.
6.9. Claiming of Rewards
Customers must claim or use their redeemed rewards at the designated claiming location specified in the selected reward's redemption instructions.
6.10. Reward Validation
Customers must present their unique reference code and any other required identification or documents to the authorized personnel. Once successfully validated and used, the reference code shall be tagged as redeemed and may no longer be used again, unless otherwise stated in the specific reward's terms and conditions.
7. Leaderboard and Grand Prize
7.1. Customers are encouraged to collect as many Sparkles as possible throughout the promo period.
7.2. Customers may choose to save their Sparkles for the leaderboard or redeem them for available rewards.
7.3. Sparkles used for reward redemption will be deducted from the customer's Sparkle Balance and will therefore affect their leaderboard standing.
7.4. At the end of the promo period, the Top 3 customers with the highest remaining Sparkle Balance shall qualify as the Grand Prize winners, subject to verification of their eligibility and compliance with the promo mechanics.
7.5 The Top 3 winners shall receive the following Grand Prizes:

7.6. The final leaderboard ranking shall be based on each customer's remaining Sparkle Balance as of the official end of the promo period.
7.7. In case of a tie, the customer who reached the final Sparkle Balance first, based on the official system timestamp, will rank higher.
8. Rewards Claiming and Validation
Sparkles may be used to redeem rewards only until January 6, 2027. Any unused Sparkles after the redemption period shall be forfeited and may no longer be used for this or any succeeding promotion.
8.1. Redeemed rewards must be claimed at the participating SM mall where the selected reward is offered, at the designated claiming or redemption location indicated on the voucher.
8.2. To claim a redeemed reward, present the unique reference code to the authorized personnel at the designated claiming or redemption location.
8.3. The authorized personnel shall select "Use Voucher" and confirm the transaction to validate the redemption.
8.4. Each reward, identified by its unique reference code, is valid for one-time use only and is subject to the stated terms, conditions, and validity period.
8.5. Customer can redeem their vouchers until 60 days after the determination of the Top 3 in the Leaderboard or 60 days after January 7, 2027.
9. Mall Rewards Redemption
9.1. For mall-based rewards, customers must proceed to the mall’s admin office (Marketing Department) of the participating SM mall where the reward is offered, as indicated on the redeemed voucher.
9.2. Customers must present the following upon claiming:
9.3.Redemption schedules and claiming locations may vary per participating SM mall. Customers must refer to Annex A – Mall Prize Redemption Schedule for the complete list of claiming locations and schedules.
10. Grand Prize Redemption
10.1. A representative from SM Supermalls will contact the Grand Prize winners regarding the redemption process within two (2) weeks from the determination of winners.
10.2. Upon confirmation, please allow at least thirty (30) days for the processing and issuance of the prize.
10.3. During redemption, customers must present the following upon claiming:
11. Customers may redeem each specific rewards type only once per account, subject to the required number of Sparkles. Different denominations of the same reward shall be considered separate reward types. For example, ₱500, ₱1,000, and ₱10,000 SM Gift Certificates shall each be treated as separate reward types.
12. Redemption of rewards shall not disqualify a customer from qualifying for the Top 3 Grand Prizes. Customers who have redeemed rewards may still qualify for a Grand Prize, provided that their remaining Sparkle Balance is sufficient to rank among the Top 3 at the end of the promo period and that they meet all eligibility requirements.
13. Each customer may win a maximum of one (1) Grand Prize. A customer may therefore redeem multiple eligible rewards during the promo period and still win one (1) Grand Prize as a Top 3 participant.
14. The determination of winners will be conducted on January 7, 2027, based on the official records of the Christmas Sparkle Dash system.

15. The Top 3 Grand Prize winners shall be announced through the official SM Supermalls Facebook Page and participating SM Mall Facebook Pages.
16. Winners shall also be notified via SMS using the official sender name “SM Malls” and through registered mail sent to the address provided during registration.
17. Winners may claim their prize at their preferred SM malls nationwide.
18. Winners must present the following in claiming their rewards/prize
19. Redemption may be made within sixty (60) days from the notification of the winners. After the sixty (60)-day claiming period, any unclaimed prizes/rewards shall be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC), subject to the prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
20. The twenty percent (20%) prize tax, if applicable, shall be shouldered by the SM Supermalls.
21. All prizes and rewards are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
22. SM Supermalls shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, or death that may occur during participation in the game or the claiming of prizes, except as may be provided by applicable law.
23. Each customer may register only one (1) mobile number. Customers found to have registered multiple mobile numbers under the same name may be disqualified from the promo.
24. Not eligible to participate in this raffle promotion: non-Filipino citizens, employees of SCMC and its affiliates, mall tenants of SM Supermalls, maintenance and security agencies discharging their functions in the malls, advertising and promotional agencies, and the relatives of the foregoing companies up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
