1. Promo period is on May 15, 16, and 17, 2026.
2. Participating SM Malls: SM City Bacoor, SM City Baguio, SM City Batangas, SM City Butuan, SM City Clark, SM City Davao, SM City Laoag, SM City Naga, SM City Roxas, SM City San Jose Del Monte, SM City San Lazaro, SM City Santa Rosa, SM City Sorsogon, and SM City Tuguegarao.
3. Every ₱1,000 single or accumulated purchase within the promo period from any participating SM mall establishment entitles the customer to one (1) e-raffle entry, except for the following:
   
   • SM Foodcourt – Customer gets one (1) e-raffle entry with every ₱250 single‑receipt purchase.
   • SM Cinema – Customer gets one (1) e-raffle entry with every single‑receipt purchase of four (4) cinema tickets.
   • SM Store – Purchases made during Prestige Thursday on May 14, 2026 qualify for the promo.
4. Customer automatically gets double e-raffle entries for Saturday and Sunday purchases during the promo period.
5. Promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing raffle promo of SM Supermalls. A customer can use their official receipt for only one SM Supermalls promo.
6. Customer must be at least 21 years old to qualify for the promo.
7. Submission/registration of the e-raffle entry should be under the participating SM mall branch where the transaction was made. Each purchase receipt can only be uploaded once.
8. This promo does not apply to receipts for the purchase of gift certificates, payment of phone/credit card/electric/other utility bills, membership fees, insurance premiums, housing, car, and other forms of loans, and similar transactions.
9. Customer should register for an account at https://gosm.link/RaffleCentral and provide their full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, complete address, and nominate a passcode.

Step 1: Access the SM Raffle Central web portal

• Go to https://gosm.link/RaffleCentral or scan the QR code to register.
  • If accessed via URL: select the campaign and participating mall where the purchase was made, then register for an account.
  • If accessed via QR code: it directly proceeds to the registration/login page.

Step 2: Create an account

• Enter personal info: full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, and complete address.
• Nominate a passcode.
• Tick the Consent, T&C, and Privacy Notice boxes then click the REGISTER
• An OTP code will be sent to the customer’s registered number for verification.

Step 3: Submit raffle entry

• Enter date of purchase.
• Select name of store.
• Enter the last 5 digits of the OR number.
• Enter total amount of receipt/s. Entries with incorrect amounts will not qualify.
• Upload a complete, clear, and readable copy of the receipt/s. Entries with incomplete, unclear, or unreadable receipt/s will not qualify.
• Tick the Consent, T&C, and Privacy Notice boxes then click SUBMIT.

Step 4: Once submitted, customer will be directed to the THANK YOU page, displaying the following details. Customer will also receive an SMS notification confirming the transaction.

• Transaction reference number
• Date of entry submission
• Earned raffle entries for the transaction
• Overall raffle entries for the promo

10. Raffle prizes: One (1) winner of a SUZUKI DZIRE GL CVT HYBRID vehicle for each participating SM mall. Winners can only win once. Vehicle color may vary.

13. Winners will be notified by registered mail and SMS (Sender’s name: SM Malls). The names of the winners will also be posted in designated areas of participating SM malls.
14. A customer may win the SM Supermalls 3-Day Sale raffle promo only once per year and will not be eligible to join a 3‑Day Sale raffle promo in other SM malls for the year 2026.
15. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
16. The winner of the vehicle shall shoulder the prize tax, registration charges and expenses, insurance, freight (if applicable), and other related expenses.
17. For proper identification, the winner must present the following to claim their prize at the Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) Mall Administration Office (in the mall branch where they won), c/o the Marketing Department, from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM:
    1. Two (2) valid government IDs
    2. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail
    3. Winner’s notification SMS sent via text message from SM Malls
    4. SMS confirmation of successful electronic registration from SM Malls
18. In case of loss of SMS confirmation message, the following must be presented:
    1. Notarized Affidavit of Loss
    2. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail
    3. Two (2) valid government IDs
19. In the absence of the winner, an authorized representative must present the following to claim the prize on behalf of the winner:
    1. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
    2. Notarized authorization letter from the winner
    3. Two (2) valid government IDs of the winner
    4. Two (2) valid government IDs of the representative
    5. Winner’s notification letter sent via registered mail

20. Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC) shall release the vehicle unit to the winner only upon securing the following registration documents from the Land Transportation Office:
    1. Official Receipt
    2. Certificate of Registration
    3. Insurance
21. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days of notification will be reported to DTI and, upon approval by DTI, shall be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation (SCMC).
22. Shopping Center Management Corporation’s decision is final, in concurrence with DTI.
23. Not eligible to participate in this raffle promotion: non-Filipino citizens, employees of SCMC and its affiliates, mall tenants of SM Supermalls, maintenance and security agencies discharging their functions in the malls, advertising and promotional agencies, and the relatives of the foregoing companies up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
