Game Duration (Date & Time): November 7 to December 10, 2019, mall hours (10AM to 9PM)
How to Win: Shoppers will have to download the LetsPlayNowAtSM app available in PlayStore and AppStore. Shoppers will have to scan the logo from the DearSMSanta box using the downloaded app. Shopper have unlimited chances to scan the logo. Chance of winning is randomized.
Notification of Winners: When a shopper wins, a winning message will show and the coupon that the shopper won will be saved on the mobile app. The winner will also receive a copy of the winning notification via email.
Redeeming of Prizes: The coupon won by the shopper will include the tenant information and claiming area. The user will have to present the Coupon with QR code saved on the mobile app.
Claiming of Prizes: Within 60 days from the day from winning or within the validity period of the coupon, whichever comes last. Claiming location will be indicated in the coupon sent to the winner.
Disqualification Clause: Winners will not be allowed to claim their prize if he/she will not be able to provide:
- The Coupon & QR code available on the mobile app.
Security Measures:
- USERS may win a prize via a randomizer upon scanning the #DearSMSanta logo on the #DearSMSanta Mailbox.
- USERS can only play during mall hours (10AM to 9PM only) at participating malls.
- USERS must have stable internet connection. SM Supermalls has limited free internet available, with SSID “SM Free WiFi”.
- Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants of the SM mall, agencies, service providers, respective officers and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not allowed to join the promo.
- Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.
- Shopping Center Management Corporation reserve the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
- By accepting the prize, the winner should agree to the following terms and conditions of Shopping Center Management Corporation.
- Prizes are non-transferable but not convertible to cash.
- Prizes may be redeemed within the redemption period only.
- Note: Unclaimed prizes after the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of Shopping Center Management Corporation with prior DTI approval.
- Should the participant claiming to be the winner fails to present the complete requirements on the specified deadline (as stated below), then the winner shall be disqualified from claiming the prize in concurrence with DTI approval.
- The Winner must present the following to an authorized SM Supermalls representative when claiming prize:
a.) QR Code on the LetsPlayNowAtSM mobile app
- SM Supermalls shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the gaming period or by claiming the prizes.
- Prizes may not be exchanged with other items than what is indicated in the digital coupon.
