  1. The Promotion is open to all principal and supplementary cardholders of Mastercard credit, debit, and  prepaid cards issued in Philippines.  
  2. For a minimum spend of Php5,000 single-receipt transaction from any of the participating SM Retail  Stores inside SM Malls paid using Philippine-issued credit, debit, or prepaid Mastercard gives the  cardholder a chance to instantly win back P5,000 worth of SM Gift Pass.  
  3. Participating SM Retail Affiliates: Toy Kingdom, Pet Express, Baby Company, Miniso, Forever21,  Levi’s, Crocs, The Body Shop, Innisfree, Ace Hardware, Our Home, Crate&Barrel, Kultura, Surplus,  Sports Central, Ecco, Dyson 
  4. Participating SM Malls: Megamall, MOA, North EDSA, Southmall, Aura, Fairview, Makati, Bacoor,  Cebu, Lanang 
  5. Promotion period is from December 1- 31, 2023. Prize redemption is until February 29, 2024. 6. Promotion is open to SM Retail Affiliates customers with transactions made in-store.  
  6. There will be 1,000 winners of P5,000 worth of SM Gift Pass nationwide.  
  7. Upon completing the minimum single receipt transaction of P5,000 the cardholder must scan the QR  at the cashier, input his/her mobile number, full name, receipt amount, approval code, choose from  dropdown of Mastercard BINs, upload receipt and shall generate a message indicating whether the  customer win or lose.
  8. Purchase of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, Returns, Bills  Payment Products, and other products at the Customer Service Counter are not qualified for this  promotion.  
  9. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption. 
  10. To claim SM Gift Pass, winner must present the following at the Customer Service Counter of SM Store  located inside the SM Supermalls where the transaction was made for validation: 
  • Winning message with reference number
  • Original Transaction Receipt (Original & Untampered) 
  • Original Charge slip (customer copy) - surrender 
  • Mastercard Credit Card Used 
  • Valid ID 
  1. Customer Service must verify the original charge slip made at SM Store as well as the other  redemption requirements. Prizes from erroneous or mismatched transaction details may be forfeited.  
  2. The transaction receipt and charge slip should be marked/stamped “CLAIMED” upon release  of SM Gift Pass. 
  3. Redemption of SM Gift Pass can be made until 60 days from end of promo period. 12. Redemption of prizes can be made until February 29, 2024 
  4. Prize is non-convertible to cash. 
  5. SM Retail Affiliate Stores, SM Supermalls, and Mastercard will not replace lost or damaged  SM Gift Pass caused by the cardholder. 
  6. All employees of the participating SM Retail Affiliate Stores, SM Supermalls, and Mastercard,  their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
