Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 Mins Serves 5-6 INGREDIENTS: Bechamel Sauce Ingredients Butter 2 Tablespoon Flour 1/4 cup Evaporated Milk 1 Cup Bacon 13-14 strips Potato 2 large or 3 medium size Spaghetti Sauce 2 cups Cooked Ground Beef 1 cup Beshamel Sauce 1 cup Cheese 200 grams Canned Mushroom 1 cup (Optional) PREPARATION: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C/360°F. 2. Cut Potatoes to thin wedges. Leave the skin on. soak in water and set aside 3. Make a simple bechamel sauce by melting butter in a small pan while mixing with a whisk add flour a little bit at a time. once well combined and roux changed to a light brown in color. add your milk a little bit at a time too. 4. Line a greased glass round baking dish with strips of bacon, making sure they overlap. 5. Begin layering the Potato lasagna - first a thin layer of spaghetti sauce and then place the potato wedges make sure they overlap, then ground beef, then a layer of béchamel followed by the cheese. Repeat to the top of the baking dish and fold the bacon edges over. 6. Bake for 45 minutes until the bacon is crisp.
