Hey, Bataan-based techies! Here’s a great reason to make a beeline for SM City Bataan on May 19, 2023. That’s the day that SM Cyberzone will open its doors there to welcome all of you!
This new SM Cyberzone will be Cyberzone’s 60th branch in the Philippines, and as such, expect a full array of tech establishments to shop at and exciting events to join upon its opening.

Here are the special events you can look forward to participating in when SM Cyberzone opens for business in SM City Bataan.
On the Grand Opening Day, May 19, Cyberzone will be setting up free play facilities for Tekken 7 and Gran Turismo–make sure to take your friends to Cyberzone and play to your hearts’ content. And then stay for a Cosplay Meet and Greet, featuring cosplayers dressed as the likes of Optimus Prime Gen 1, Megatron, Bumblebee and Mirage. Snap some cool selfies to remember the day or to gain cosplay inspiration.
Warm yourselves up well when you play, because on the next day, May 20, a Tekken 7 tournament will be held. Competitors will be able to vie for as much as PhP 10,000 in the prize pool. Gran Turismo aficionados will get to play as much as they want, thanks to the continuation of the previous day’s Gran Turismo free play session. On the next day, May 21, it’ll be the Gran Turismo fans’ turn to compete for as much as PhP 10,000 in their own prize pool, while Tekken 7 fans can enjoy another free play session.
