Eusebio and the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Chairman George Erwin Garcia led the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for this year's COMELEC voter registration and Register Anywhere Program. Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Chairman George Erwin Garcia and SM Supermalls’ Vice President Junias Eusebio led the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for this year's COMELEC voter registration and “Register Anywhere Program” held in Intramuros, Manila on February 8, 2024.  The Register Anywhere Program will allow eligible voters to register in any COMELEC office, satellite registration center, or designated registration area, further streamlining the process and expanding access.

Under this partnership, select SM malls will serve as key venues for voter registration, providing convenient locations across the country for citizens to register and update their voter information. 

Additionally, the Register Anywhere Program will allow eligible voters to register in any COMELEC office, satellite registration center, or designated registration area, further streamlining the process and expanding access.
