The Mega Tower was awarded as the Best Office Architectural Design at the 10th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held last October 7, 2022 at Fairmont Makati.
The Mega Tower is a project of SMPHI and was by Arquitectonica is a 50-storey building with 7 signed tenants and is situated within the Central Business District of Ortigas. It aspires to be an imposing icon to the ever-growing development of the Mega Tower Complex. Through this mega−structure’s innovative design and elegant S−shape silhouette, it hopes to represent Growth and Development as well as to serve as a stepping stone for the evolution, and betterment of the architectural landscape in the Philippines.
