Step 1: Visit any participating SM Mall and take a photo at the mall’s Christmas display. Make sure that any SM logo is seen in the photo!

Step 2: In the SM Malls Online App, find the Snap, Swipe & Win coupon for your preferred mall.

Step 3: Swipe the coupon in the app to generate a unique code for joining

Step 4: Upload your photo along with the unique code via the provided online form.

Step 5: Winners will be drawn by SM Malls Online while a DTI Representative is invited to join the draw date.

Step 6: Winners will be announced in the official SM Malls Online page and notified via SMS and email on how to claim their prizes.

Terms and Conditions:

1) Each photo entry submitted can only correspond to one swipe coupon.

2) SM Malls Online Customers will need to verify their app confirmation with a valid ID for the raffle draw.

3) Any extra raffle entries may be voided in cases of misuse, abuse, or fraud. These entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4) All SM Supermalls customers are welcome to join the promo if they fulfill the requirements to join.

5) Only 18 years old and above can create an account on the SM Malls Online App.

6) Only one swipe entry per mall, but you may join multiple malls for more chances of winning.

7) SM Malls Online has the right to forfeit the winner's prize, along with the concurrence of the DTI representative, should there be discrepancies on documents or requirements submitted.

8) Photo and Customer Information Usage: By participating, users agree that their photos and customer information may be used by SM Supermalls platforms.

9) Employees of SM Supermalls, its affiliates, advertising agency, mall tenants, their respective officers and employees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in the competition.

• Total Prizes are worth almost P1M  with breakdown of each prize in section I. 
• Prizes may not be transferable and cannot be converted to cash or other services. 
• SM Malls Online will not shoulder any extra fees, taxes, or expenses related to the claiming or redeeming of prizes. 
• Redemption of prizes must be valid within 60 days from the receipt of registered notice. Winners must bring at least 2 valid IDs together with the app confirmation page of the winning raffle code and screenshot of the SMS or mail notification for winning to the mall admin office. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days shall be forfeited by the winner.

1. Q: What kind of photo do we need to upload?

A: You may take a solo / group photo with friends or family while you are at any participating SM mall with a Christmas centerpiece. Make sure any SM logo or emblem is seen and distinguishable in the photo.

When uploading your photo entry, make sure it is in jpeg or png format, and less than 5MB file size. 

2. Q: Can we have multiple raffle entries? 

A: Participants may only submit 1 photo entry per mall. However, participants can submit entries to multiple malls for more chances of winning. Participants must ensure to swipe the correct raffle entry coupon corresponding to the mall where they took the photo. 

3. Q: Can i submit 1 photo for multiple malls?

A: No, 1 photo is only valid for 1 entry in the corresponding mall where the photo is taken. Multiple entries for the same photo will be void and disqualified as entries.

4. Q: How will the winners be chosen?

A: Winners will be drawn at random from the eligible pool of entries

5. Q: Where to see the list of winners of this Raffle Promo?

A: Winners will be announced in the official SM Malls Online page and notified via SMS and email on how to claim their prizes.

6. Q: If I win and I am not in the area, can someone else claim the prize on my behalf?

A: No, only the registered app user of the winning raffle entry can claim the prize.

7. Q: If I win once, can I win again in this promo?

A: No, each participant can only win once to ensure fairness and give everyone a chance to win.

8. I can’t access the raffle entry form to submit my photo. What do i do?
