After winning the Best Developer Award last year, SM Prime Holdings, Inc. (SM Prime), the country’s leading integrated property company, continued its successful run at the recently concluded Philippines Property Awards 2016.

 

SM Prime took home seven major awards at the country’s biggest and most prestigious real estate event, the Philippines Property Awards, held last April 7 at Fairmont Makati. These awards included: Best Commercial Development, Best Retail Development and Best Retail Architectural Design for SM Seaside City Cebu, the third SM mall in the Queen City of the South and the third largest in the Philippines.

SM Prime dominated other categories, bagging additional awards including Best Hotel Development, Best Hotel Architectural Design, Best Hotel Interior Design for The Conrad Manila. The group also received five Highly Commended honors: Best Landscape Architectural Design (SM Seaside City Cebu), Best Office Development (FiveE-ComCenter), Best Office Architectural Design (FiveE-ComCenter), Best Affordable Condo Development (Grace Residences and Trees Residences for SM Development Corporation).

 

The property conglomerate also won the coveted Special Recognition in CSR for providing Filipinos quality homes in prime locations around the country, as well as promoting a conducive learning experience for the youth by building and improving public school classrooms throughout the Philippines.
