Shopping is part of my lifestyle most especially that I am working in the fashion industry. That being said, having a loyalty card is essential for me to fully maximize and enjoy my shopping experience. Thus, I had my SM Advantage card years ago and I can't believe that I already accumulated more than three thousand points just by shopping.
Last September, SM Supermalls launched Follow The Yellow Dot promo for its SM loyalty cardholders. Apart from earning points, cardholders can now access exclusive rewards, discounts and freebies at over 500 participating stores just by presenting any of the SM Loyalty cards (SM Advantage, SM Prestige, BDO Rewards and ePlus).
So to take advantage of the promo, I went to SM North EDSA to shop for my travel essentials since I have a trip to Hong Kong this month.
The mechanics of the Follow The Yellow Dot program is simple. If you see any Yellow Dot materials saying "Show card, get rewards" in any store, show your SM Loyalty card such as your SM Advantage card and ask the staff for exclusive offers and discounts Easy, right?
Going around SM North EDSA, I found several stores that participate in the Follow The Yellow Dot program. I'll share with you a few of my faves.
At Bratpack, SM Loyalty cardholders can get 5% off on regular priced items.
If you're looking for men's sports and casual clothing, IZOD offers 10% off on regular priced items.
One of my favorite shoe brands for comfort is Native. I bought one for my Hong Kong trip and got a 5% discount just by showing my SM Advantage card!
For beach essentials, Quiksilver and Roxy offer 5% off on regular priced items
I also bought a large luggage and some travel essentials at The Travel Club and got 5% discount.
These are just some of the participating stores where you can "Follow The Yellow Dot, Show Card and Get rewards". If you don’t have a loyalty card yet, don't miss this chance to experience the thrill of shopping every time you head to the doors of SM Supermalls.
