SM Supermalls, the country's biggest mall network, joins the whole nation in paying tribute to teachers, the modern heroes who tirelessly guide, challenge and inspire their students to be their best in everything that they do.
In celebration of the National Teachers' Month from September to Teachers' Day itself on October 5 (Wednesday), SM malls nationwide will throw treats especially for teachers and great gift ideas for students and their parents.
Festivities start online through #SuperMoms and SM Stationery's #BestTeacherEver Promo where shoppers are encouraged to post photos of their kids together with their most favorite teachers. Promo duration is from September 19 to October 5.
From October 1 to 5, select food shops at SM malls will give special discounts and offers. An Appreciation Wall will also be put up where students and the general public could write their personal messages and their own prayers dedicated to their teachers.
On October 5, on the other hand, The SM Store gifts teachers with a 10% discount on regular-priced items with a minimum P2,000 single-receipt purchase on October 5. To avail of promo, teachers need to present their valid school IDs and SM Advantage Card upon purchase.
