SM Supermalls recently launched their “Let’s Play Now at SM” summer campaign through a play-filled event at SM City San Lazaro, where kids were treated to a giant maze of fun and a variety show for the young and young-at-heart.
The variety show included performances by Clowning Around Manila, "The Voice Kids" alumni, and SM Little Stars achiever Esang de Torres, as well as a lineup of talented young artists.
"During summer, we at SM are reminded of the special opportunity that we have -- the chance to be able to draw smiles on every child's face and create unforgettable moments for families to cherish forever. This year, SM Supermalls promises exciting activities and different kinds of play that children and their families can enjoy at SM’s 68 branches across the country. Kids can join the "Summer Takeover" workshops where they can have fun, widen their knowledge, and make new friends.
Happening until June 3, the interactive workshops feature artistic workshops on arts and crafts, painting, drawing, and fashion design lessons; entertainment workshops with modeling, music, dancing and theater acting classes; explorers workshops which offer culinary, visual reality and interactive games, and photography; and sports workshops on basketball, taekwondo or martial arts, archery, and golf.
2. Enjoy summer-tastic shopping
Make the summer break more fun and exciting for the kids with a shopping experience made even more unforgettable by innovative technology. Mallgoers can also relax at SM’s "Summer Chillin" events on weekends of April and May. Featuring the country’s well-loved OPM bands and artists, the musical performances are set to treat customers with delightful summer experiences-- complete with live art and a food bazaar!
