Big celebration awaits thousands of overseas Filipino workers and their families on December 10, 2016 as SM Supermalls partners with BDO and SM Store for the biggest annual OFW Christmas party via the “5th Pamaskong Handog Para sa Global Pinoys” that is set to happen in ten SM malls nationwide.

Joining the homecoming festivities are some of the country’s brightest celebrities including Piolo Pascual who will be at SM Consolacion, Jesse Mendiola at SM Iloilo, Kim Chiu at SM Cabanatuan and SM Marilao, Xian Lim at SM San Pablo, JC Santos at SM Sta. Rosa, Enrique Gil at SM Rosario, Angeline Quinto at SM Batangas, Richard Poon at SM Cagayan de Oro and Maine Mendoza at SM Novaliches.

This year’s theme is about celebrating the things that OFWs miss about home while they were away--from watching their favorite celebrities, to eating their favorite Filipino meals and delicacies. SM will hold raffle draws, food bazaars, games and entertainment and there will also be exclusive promos and deals just for OFWs, such as the 10% discount offer at the SM Store with a minimum P2,000 single receipt purchase with any valid OFW ID.

To join the Pamaskong Handog celebration, SM Global Pinoy cardholders can already pre-register at the SM Global Pinoy Centers located at the selected 10 malls. Non-SM Global Pinoy members can avail of the membership card by visiting these centers as well. All they have to do is bring the requirements and pay a processing fee of P150 pesos.

SM Global Pinoy cardholders or BDO Kabayan Savings account holders can come and join in the party with four (4) family members each.

The SM Global Pinoy program is an initiative of SM Supermalls, under its SM Cares program. It aims to provide accessible and convenient services to Filipinos worldwide. Among the services offered are remittance sending and pick-up, free international calls, hassle free foreign exchange, and exclusive treats and rewards from partner establishments.
