In full support of the ongoing Manila Bay Rehabilitation Program of the DENR, SM Supermalls will move the 10th PIPC from SM Mall of Asia to SM City Clark in Angeles City, Pampanga starting on February 23 to March 30, 2019.

We seek the public’s support and understanding as we strive to still provide the same enjoyment as we have over the years.

1. Can I use my current 10th PIPC ticket/s from SM Mall of Asia to SM City Clark?

Yes, you may still use your 10th PIPC ticket/s purchased in MOA to SM City Clark.

Given the changes in this year’s schedule, dates of purchased ticket/s bought for February 16, 23 March 2, 9 and 16 shows in MOA can be interchanged and used for February 23, March 2, 9, 16 and 23 shows. Tickets purchased for March 23, 2019 show can be used for March 23 and 30, 2019 at SM City Clark.


2. How can I refund my 10th PIPC Tickets? (Mode of Payment, Reversal and Refund Duration)

  1. Tickets purchased at SM Tickets can be refunded in two ways:
    1. For online transactions:
      • For unclaimed ticket/s from online purchase, you may send a request for reversal to customercare@smtickets.com and attach the claim ticket voucher starting February 12, 2019.
      • If ticket is on-hand, kindly surrender the actual ticket/s to the SM branch where it was redeemed.
    2. For Over-the-counter transactions:
      • SM Cinema: Kindly surrender the actual ticket to the SM Cinema branch where it was purchased starting February 15, 2019.
      • SM Stores/Eastwood/Lucky Chinatown Card Transactions: Please surrender the actual ticket to the branch where it was purchased. Reversal process may take 15-30 banking days.
      • Cash Transactions: Kindly proceed to Mall of Asia Arena Box Office and surrender the actual ticket/s starting February 15, 2019.
  2. Ticket/s purchased at Platinum ticket booths at SM Mall of Asia will also accommodate ticket refund at Level 1, North Pavilion, fronting Starbucks, entertainment Mall.
  3. For dining reservations and/or vouchers purchased at any SM Mall of Asia, S Maison, SM by the BAY and Esplanade Seaside Terminal tenants, you may call and surrender the actual ticket/s and receipt directly to the restaurant or establishment for refund.
  4. For ticket/s purchased at Metro Deal site (Platinum and SM by the BAY Amusement Park), you may send a request for reversal and email support@metrodeal.com or call hotline 02-8231955.
  5. For the tickets purchased on the Bliimo app, you may contact support@bliimo.com.


3. Until when can I request for a refund?

We will be accepting 10th PIPC ticket refund until June 30, 2019.


4. Where will the 10th PIPC be held?

This year, the 10th PIPC will be moved and now held at the Meeting Place of SM City Clark.

6. How to purchase tickets?

You can buy tickets at www.pyrophilippines.com or through SM Tickets, SM Cinemas, and from official ticket seller located at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall (fronting Crocs) starting February 13, 2019. The following booths at SM City Clark will also be open starting on Thursday, February 14, 2019: near Hypermarket, near Starbucks entrance, in front of SM Appliance Center, near Food Court, near Carousel, near Café Bene and Green Kitchen, near The SM Store entrance and National Bookstore, and near BDO entrance and Wendy’s. Ticket coupons will be available for purchase in Metrodeal starting February 13, 2019.

We will also have roving ticket sellers and ticket booths during the event before the show starts.


7. What are the ticket prices?

Silver – 120
Gold – 350
VIP – 600
Patron – 1,800 with dinner

Ticket prices will increase during the last and the final show of the 10th PIPC. Upgrading of tickets is available through roving sellers and ticket booths located inside the ticketed areas of the mall.

b. Gold Tickets : Standing
c. VIP Tickets : Seats are available on a first come-first served basis
d. Patron Tickets : Guaranteed seats with buffet dinner



9. Where to park?

Guests can park at SM Clark City open parking A, B, D, K *Along MA Roxas Highway near SM City Clark parking K. *Along Clark-Mabalacat Angeles Road near SM City Clark motorcycle parking. For convenience, you may download SM Car park app.




10. How to get there?

  1. Private vehicle
    If you’re travelling via private car, you may access NLEX, SCTEX South exit.
  2. Public Transportation
    From SM Mall of Asia you may refer to the directions below for the P2P (Point 2 Point) shuttle service, fare is estimated at PHP 380.00++.
