PROMO MECHANICS

September 1 – December 31, 2021

  1. The promo is open to all shoppers of SM City Olongapo Downtown with minimum single/accumulated receipts worth P5,000.00 every month, from September 1 to December 31, 2021, with the last draw on January 3, 2022 to entitle shopper to one (1) E-raffle coupon.

  2. Schedule as follows:
    Raffle duration Draw Date
    September 1 - 30 October 4
    October 1 - 31 November 3
    November 1 - 30 December 8
    December 1 – 31

    January 3, 2022
  3. Prize at stake is a total of P40,000 worth of SM Gift Certificates, for a total of 4 winners for the entire duration, 1 winner of P10,000.00 worth of groceries, per month. 

  4. Winners will be notified via SMS.

  5. Winner may only win once in one (1) draw period. Winners may still win in succeeding draws by presenting fresh entries.

  6. SCMC employees, its affiliates, tenants, agencies and relatives are not eligible to join the raffle up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity.

  7. Monthly draws will be held at SM City Olongapo Downtown Admin office with the last draw to be held at SM City Olongapo Downtown on January 3, 2022 at 4pm, 5th Level Admin office.

  8. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

  9. Shopping Center Management Corporation’s decision is final. With concurrence of DTI.

STEPS

  1. Access the e-raffle web portal
    • Go to https://gosm.link/SM_eRaffle or scan the QR code to register
    • If access via main URL, select type of promo and participating mall
    • If access via QR code, select type of device: mobile or landline

  2. Create an account
    • Enter mobile number
    • Enter the OTP code that was sent to your device
    • Enter e-mail address
    • Nominate a passcode
    • Enter personal info: First Name, Last Name, Age and Address

  3. Submit raffle entry
    • Enter date of purchase
    • Enter the last 5 digits of the OR number
    • Enter total amount of receipt
    • Enter name of merchant
    • Upload a copy of receipt then click Submit

  4. Once submitted, customer will be directed to the THANK YOU page displaying the following details:
    • Earned Raffle Entries for this transaction
    • Overall Entry for The Promo
    • Transaction Reference Number
