PROMO MECHANICS:

3. Any customer with a smart phone can access the promo via the QR code
4. Fresh Start Scan & Win mechanics will be announced on SM Supermalls website, social media pages and on-ground posters of participating SM Malls nationwide.
5. To join, customers must do the following:

  • Visit the poster in mall
  • Scan the QR Code
  • Enter their mobile number
  • Win or lose message will show

 6. How to determine the winners:  

  • The webpage win is randomized
  • A winning entry will display a unique pre-defined reference number
    • Reference number are sent to the malls prior to going live based on the number of assigned prizes

7. Winners should take a screenshot of the winning reference number
8. Winners can claim their prizes at the Mall Admin office at the mall where they won
9. SM Supermalls shall be free from responsibility in case of injury, accident or death during the gaming period or by claiming the prizes.
10. Employees of Shopping Center Management Corporation, its affiliates, mall tenants of the SM mall, agencies, service providers, respective officers and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to participate in this promotion campaign.
11. Persons reporting regularly to the promoter, sponsor, advertiser under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of this promotion are likewise disqualified.

 

Control Measures:

  1. A DTI representative is invited to check, test, validate and verify the computer system for receiving entries and registration assigning random computer generated raffle entries and drawing of winners. A copy of the said system shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by the DTI representative for safekeeping of Digify, Inc. for verification of DTI anytime.
  2. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be given to the DTI Representative after verification. The DTI representative shall check the database of the promo.
  3. All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity shall be attended by SM Supermalls hotline that may be reached by emailing marketing@smsupermalls.com from Monday-Friday at 10am-5pm.
  4. Shopping Center Management Corporation reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner, as relevant to the Promotion, in any mode or manner as they may deem appropriate.
