Foodies, assemble! It’s Food Fest szn at SM Supermalls, a.k.a. the best time to score the most mouthwatering eats at super ~sulit~ prices. But first, we’re challenging you to a snack showdown: Can you ID these classic Pinoy merienda eats? Get at least 8 out of 10 points to qualify for the winners’ draw, where five lucky foodies will get ₱3,000 worth of SM GCs!

Tusok-tusok cravings? Nothing beats this street food made with fish mince and flour, made extra yummy by Manong’s sweet-spicy sauce.

These deep-fried banana rolls are great for on-the-go snacking—and as a post-grocery treat. (SM Markets is waving!)

Pasko na ba? This purple rice cake topped with grated coconut, muscovado, and cheese is known for serving serious Christmas vibes.

Deep-fried quail eggs drenched in bright orange batter? Totally hits the spot—especially when dipped in suka.

One spoonful of this is a tropical taste explosion in your mouth: chewy rice balls, sweet potato, ube, and sago in a creamy coconut milk bath!

A sausage-like dish with Chinese origins, it’s usually served along with other street food picks like fish balls and squid balls.

This Batangas fave features thick, chewy noodles, a flavorful broth, and loads of meat and veggie toppings. Don’t forget the calamansi!
