Thank you very much to all who joined and celebrated #HappySuperMomsDay at their favorite SM Supermalls! To the winners, read the claiming mechanics below:
- #InstaMOMents winners's list will be announced on May 13, 2016. All winners will be advised to send a private message via social media or email through smsupermoms@gmail.com
- Winners will be informed by the malls assigned to them once the gift certificates (GCs) are available for claiming. The malls in the list below will serve as the pick-up point of the GCs.
- Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon announcement to claim their prize.
- After the sixty (60) days claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Further details of claiming the prize are as follows:
- Once notified by the malls, winners can claim their prizes at the Administrative Office, Marketing Department of the respective malls assigned to the winners.
- Winners must bring two (2) valid forms of identification such as driver’s license, SSS, passport, birth certificate, TIN or any government ID.
- Requirement of winner’s representative in claiming the prize- an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of the winner’s valid ID (Passport, driver’s license or SSS). The winner’s representative should also bring his/her original copies of valid proofs of identification.
